At Sacoor Brothers, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your items, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in their original condition.

Return Process

  Log in to your account on our website and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Authorization Number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring you include the printed return form and invoice inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Drop off your package at an authorized courier point or schedule a home collection through our logistics partner using the prepaid label provided.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue a store credit within 7 to 10 business days.
